Kathy Steinberg began her research career at Harris Interactive more than 15 years ago as a Research Assistant for the Public Relations Research Practice. Today, Kathy serves as a Vice President for the Media and Communications Research Practice at The Harris Poll. She has experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, and is responsible for high-level management and client service of large-scale custom studies designed for public release and thought leadership platforms.
Kathy has worked on domestic and international projects in a variety of industries, with a deep and wide-ranging focus on healthcare, including disease awareness and myth-busting, impact of disease management on patient and caregiver quality of life, and gaps and unmet needs in patient-physician communication, in therapeutic areas such as oncology, mental health, women’s health, and inflammatory and gastroenterological conditions.
Kathy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from Cornell University with concentrations in Developmental Psychology, Social and Personality Development, and Adolescence. She is based in New York City.
